The Team Behind VPT
We support apprenticeships, trade upgrades, training and development, and we want our teams to have the chance to keep learning and build experience over time. We also make a point of listening to the people doing the work and involving them in how we improve the way VPT operates.
We understand that life doesn’t stop outside of work either. Family, flexibility and looking after each other are important parts of the culture, as are the regular BBQs, sundowners and team get-togethers that give everyone a chance to reconnect away from the day-to-day.
