It applies to VPT Group, all of its divisions and this website. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Information we collect
The personal information we collect depends on how you deal with us:

- Website visits: technical information such as your IP address, your browser and the pages you view.
We don’t ask for sensitive information through this website. If you include it in a job application, we’ll only use it to assess your application.

Cookies and website statistics
This website uses Jetpack Stats, a service from Automattic (the company behind WordPress.com), to count visits and see which pages are popular. It records your IP address, your browser, the pages you view, the website that referred you, your browser language and your country. Automattic keeps these records for 28 days.
The accessibility toolbar on this website loads from Elementor’s servers, which set a short-lived cookie to filter out automated traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How we store and protect it
Messages sent through the forms on this website are stored in the website’s database and emailed to our team. Resumes sent through the careers form are emailed to us and aren’t kept on the website.
We limit access to the people who need it, and we take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, change or disclosure.
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it or the law requires. After that, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
Accessing and correcting your information
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, using the contact details below. There’s no charge to make a request. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we’ll respond within 30 days. If we can’t give you access or make a correction, we’ll explain why in writing.
Making a complaint
If you think we’ve mishandled your personal information, please contact us first. We’ll look into it and reply within 30 days.
